1. Controller

The controller responsible for data processing on this website within the meaning of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is the operator listed in the Impressum.

2. Data we collect

Agile Ceremonies requires no account or login. We store only the minimum data necessary to operate a session:

A randomly generated client ID saved in your browser's localStorage to identify you within a session.
A display name you choose when joining a room.
Votes cast within a session (held in memory; deleted when the session ends).
Standard server access logs (IP address, browser type, timestamp) retained for up to 7 days for security purposes.

3. Legal basis (GDPR Art. 6)

Processing is based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in providing a functional, secure service, and on your consent where applicable.

4. Data retention & deletion

Session data is ephemeral and deleted automatically. Access logs are purged within 7 days. You can clear the client ID at any time by clearing your browser's localStorage.

5. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your personal data, and to object to processing. To exercise these rights, contact us via the address in the Impressum.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

6. Cookies

This site does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. Only essentiallocalStorage entries required for session functionality are used.
